It's been a super-unnecessarily-long time since my last post...life took some pretty crazy turns, so it's time for updates before I start posting on current life 'n times >
numero uno: Through some pretty challenging times recently...
I've learned a lot about people, about trust, about my instincts in conflict, about attitude, and about when to walk away or when to stand my ground. I have a lot to learn but my eyes are definitely open to think through all these things on a more consistent basis. For the record {the.gals.in.the.above.photo.are.superstars- among others who aren't pictured above}
numero dos: a certain turn of events led to one of the best decisions I've ever made...saying goodbye to {Rochester} for a couple months!
numero tres: to follow the note above...I said a spontaneous hello to {Clayton} again- after 5 years - being away/doing my own thing/attempting independent life/missing my family/working my ass off! And for the record- I intend on doing the exact opposite while I'm here- that is: taking a break/loving my family to bits and pieces/being creative and productive in ways I want to be/not working my ass off!
numero quatro: I've know this gal pal since kindergarden and it just so happens that we are still bffs and we will be attending the same grad program this fall. In anticipation of such wonderful ventures- we've decided to start a small business {combining our creative efforts} to sell fine arts goods at the village market every week <3>
